The Company shall process personal information for the following purposes. Personal information being processed shall not be used for purposes other than the following. Should the purpose of using personal information change, the Company shall take necessary measures, such as obtaining separate consent pursuant to Article 18 of the Personal Information Protection Act.

1. 1. Customer consultation, rendering services, resolving conflicts, etc.

① For the following personal information, the Company shall retain and use personal information based on the consent of the information subject or relevant laws. The Company shall destroy personal information without delay when the purpose of processing it has been achieved. However, if the Company is compelled by law to retain personal information, it shall retain said personal information for the period stipulated under the relevant law.

② The following personal information items may be automatically generated and collected over the course of using Internet services. In such a case, the Company shall retain and use said information for a period of one year.

1. 1. IP address, cookie, service usage logs, access logs, bad/faulty use logs

In principle, the Company shall process the personal information of the information subject within the scope defined in Article 1 (Purpose of processing personal information), and it shall not process personal information beyond the said scope or provide it to a third party without the prior consent of the information subject. However, personal information may be provided to third parties in the following cases.

1. If there are special provisions in the law or providing personal information is unavoidable to comply with legal obligations
2. If the information subject or the information subject’s legal representative is unable to express his/her intent, or if prior consent cannot be obtained due to unknown/inaccurate address information, etc. (here, the provision of personal information shall be clearly necessary for responding to immediate threats to the life, body, or property of the information subject or a third party)
3. If personal information is necessary for statistical compilations/academic research or market research, the information processed and provided in a form in which each specific individual is completely anonymous
4. If personal information is necessary to settle fees/charges for rendered services

① The Company shall consign the processing of personal information to the following to ensure seamless processing of said personal information.

② 위탁업무의 내용이나 수탁자가 변경될 경우에는 지체없이 본 개인정보 처리방침을 통하여 공개하겠습니다.

③ 회사는 위탁계약 시 위탁업무수행목적 외 개인정보 처리금지, 개인정보에 관한 제3자 제공 금지, 재위탁 제한 및 책임부담 등을 명확히 규정하고, 당해 계약내용을 서면 및 전자보관하고 있습니다.
